How does Restylane work?

How is the procedure performed?
Restylane is injected directly into the skin in tiny amounts with an ultra-fine needle.* The procedure is simple and quick, and results are immediate. A topical numbing cream is used 45 minutes before the procedure to minimize discomfort.*
Results
Restylane effects typically last 6 months and up to one year, depending on the area.* Treatments are usually scheduled twice a year.* Evidence shows that having touch-up treatments before Restylane has fully dissipated will enhance the lasting effect.*
