- You are an established patient of Exceptional Dermatology Care
- Have a valid working email address
- You have access to a computer with video capability, iPhone (iOS12 and above), or Android device (v.7.0 and above)
- You will be discussing a medical dermatology concern that has not been treated in the last 7 days during an office visit
- TeleHealth visits will take place during normal office hours and must be scheduled in advance

- Provide us with a convenient time for your TeleHealth visit and we will confirm your appointment time and phone number
- Have your insurance card in hand when you call to set up your appointment in order to verify your insurance coverage
